Learn to lift weights twice
per week in your fully coached semi-private barbell sessions designed
to sculpt your body, build
muscle and rapidly increase
your strength.
SUPPORTIVE GROUP ENVIRONMENT
Train in a close-knit group with up to 12 like-minded training partners that will push you each and every session. Train with the same people each week and make new friends.

To achieve big goals you must have patience and persistence. Our clients’ success comes as a result of their daily actions, tracked on our app.  
THE AGREEMENT
How many things have you signed up to and never finished? 

We only work with the most committed people who need our help, but we have limited time.

To protect our valuable coaching hours we ask that you make a payment of £269 and sign an Agreement of Hard Work at your Group Orientation. 

This is a commitment to yourself and to us, so you can reach your full potential.

The 6 Week Introduction also gives us the chance to make sure you’re a good fit for our private gym community, we don’t allow egos into the gym. 

The agreement includes:
  • Completing an online medical waiver
  •   Signing an image release form so we can use pictures of you in our marketing
  •  Having progress pictures and a body composition analysis taken at your Group
  • Orientation
  •  Attending a minimum of 3 sessions per week for 6 weeks.
  •  Attending your personal halfway check in at the end of week 3 and Consultation
  • meeting at week 6 with Head Coach Anthony.
  •  Handing in your nutrition homework when required
  •  Writing a written testimonial for us to use in our marketing

  • When Does The 6 Week Intro Start?
First click the link to see if you qualify. You can then book a group orientation date to suit you. 

We have group orientations every week at the following times:

Tuesdays @ 18:00
Fridays @ 17:30
Saturday @ 09:00
Sunday @ 09:00
  • How Much Does The Program Cost After the 6 Weeks are up?
The cost of the program starts from £149 per month

But you must complete all parts of your hard work agreement over the 6 weeks to earn a place in our long term training team.

If you do, the investment in the program is discounted by £269 over a 6 or 12 month membership
  • What Time Are The Sessions?
We have sessions at 6am, 5:30pm, 6:30pm, 7:15pm Monday-Friday plus Saturday-Sunday at 7am and 8:45am 

There are 22 sessions for you to choose from each week, you only have to make it to 3 minimum each week.

You will be provided with a full timetable at your group orientation
  • Where Is Your Gym?
Raw Strength Gym is in Birchwood, less than a 5 minute drive from Junction 11 of the M62. 
One of our team will contact you by phone or e-mail within 24 hours (Mon-Fri) .
Your information will never be shared or sold to a 3rd party.
